Red Castle Human Capital is proud to offer a Fellowship Program beginning in August of 2020. The program provides two fellowship tracks:
- The Red Castle Baccalaureate Fellows Program is open to rising juniors or above with a broadly defined interest and expertise in workforce analytics.
- The Red Castle Graduate Fellows Program is available to students in Masters, Doctoral, or Post-Doctoral programs who are studying workforce data mining, data engineering, data analyses, or data programming.
Purpose
The purpose of the Red Castle Fellowship Program is to recognize and train the next generation of workforce analytics leaders. All Fellowship program participants will receive a complimentary student membership in the Academy of Management, a paid stipend, access to and development from our senior consulting team, and will support real clients in a workforce analytics consulting environment.
Once Fellows complete the program and their degree requirements, some of the very best Fellows will have an opportunity to be placed either with Red Castle in a full-time Junior Consultant role or a full-time role with one of our clients.
Description and Timing
All applicants will be subjected to a rigorous and intensive review process. We review applications twice a year beginning in June-July for our August cohort, and in December-January for our February cohort. Once selected, Red Castle Fellows will be onboarded and prepared for work over the twelve-month duration of the program. All Fellows must complete Non-Disclosure Agreements and a criminal background check before beginning the program or receiving stipends.
Red Castle Fellows will be required to invest an average of 10-15 hours per week to fulfill the requirements of the program. Fellows will receive a complimentary student membership in the Academy of Management, a monthly stipend, and a bonus to be paid at the program’s completion. Red Castle will pay any program-related travel expenses on behalf of the Fellow.
