Red Castle Human Capital is excited to announce the 2020 launch of our Fellowship Program. The program features two tracks: 1) The Red Castle Baccalaureate Fellows Program for rising juniors or above with a broadly defined interest and expertise in workforce analytics, and 2) The Red Castle Graduate Fellows Program for students in Masters, Doctoral, or Post-Doctoral programs who are studying data mining, data engineering, data analyses, or data programming.
Our first class features two rising seniors majoring in business analytics at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville’s Haslam College of Business. Meghan Davis will be supporting clients with Clayton Homes, and Ryan Jayne will be working directly with us on project consulting. In addition to Ryan and Meghan, David Carlton (Business Analytics, UTK), Rui Li (Ph.D. candidate in Industrial Systems and Engineering, UTK), Garrett Turner (Business Analytics, UTK), and Nick Yeo (Master’s in Business Analytics candidate, UTK) round out our 2020-21 class.
While in the program, our fellows will be gaining invaluable experience in applying their knowledge and building relationships in the field. Red Castle Co-Founder Tim Munyon puts it this way:

Beyond exposing students to consulting work, we also work to mentor and develop students so that they can assume leadership roles in industry after the program ends.”
