1) Workforce Analytics for HR Professionals (WAHR)
This three-month certificate program exposes HR leaders and managers to the practice of people analytics in all areas of human resource management. Special attention is paid to data collection quality control, interpretation across HR practices, including recruiting, staffing, development, compensation, performance evaluation, and retention. Participants will develop a “People Analytics Roadmap” throughout the program. Upon completion, participants will sit for their WAHR certification, which is a comprehensive exam.
2) Workforce Analytics for Operations Leaders (WAOL)
This three-month certificate program exposes leaders to the practice and utility of people analytics within their organizations and departments. Special attention is paid to the utility of evidence-based management methodology and practices. Participants will learn how to interpret workforce data to make more informed decisions about their people and teams. Finally, at this end of this program, participants will sit for their WAOL certification, a comprehensive exam.
3) Workforce Analytics for Visier Leaders (WAVL)
This three-month certificate program exposes leaders to the same WAOL programming only delivered within the context of the Visier environment. Learning concepts will be linked to Visier modules and the capabilities being implemented via a Visier roadmap. Upon completion participants will sit for them WAVL certification.
