Ryan is a senior student at the University of Tennessee where he is studying business analytics with a concentration in marketing. Ryan is our lead fellow and works to assist or lead other fellows on their projects and works heavily on our operations side with our COO Brady Teter. He is planning to pursue a master’s degree of management at the University of Tennessee next fall after his graduation from the undergrad program. Ryan is passionate about the transformation of people analytics and its’ capabilities to lead managers and data analyst alike to make better decisions about their employees within a company to lead to maximum productivity and returns on talent and talent acquisition. He is an avid tennis player and coach from the Nashville area and actively continues to play men’s future and challenger level tournaments on the lower end of the ATP tour.
