People Intelligence (PI)

  1. People Analytics is the process of collecting, modeling, and presenting information to make “Data-Driven” people decisions.
  2. Evidence-Based Decisions are grounded in science and supported by the best available academic research.
  3. People Intelligence occurs when the above practices are linked with “Topical Business Metrics” to make more confident decisions about workforce programs, policies and people investments.

Syllabus

The PIPL certificate is a three-month program covering six learning modules, two per month.

Each module will feature a 90-min instructor led learning session followed by 2 to 3 hours of self study. You are encouraged to incorporate your own primary or secondary data into the sessions. This process of acquiring, quality checking, and analyzing your firm-specific data will accentuate the value of knowledge gained in each of these modules.

The Certification Process

People Intelligence is a key part of modern HR practice and strategy. However, if you’re like most HR executives, People Intelligence wasn’t a part of the curriculum offered by your institution when you were at university. Red Castle’s People Intelligence for HR Professionals is your opportunity to add this vital piece to your skillset.

You have more data about your employees than ever before. But knowing how to use that data effectively is what will separate your HR practice from your peers. Red Castle’s People Intelligence/People Analytics training gives you the knowledge you need to apply PA in your practice.

Participate in our student assessment (hint – we’ll use these data later!).

Look for our “Welcome Box” for students, which contains all the learning materials you’ll need in our certification course and the course calendar.

Begin to review the course materials as you get time. We recommend that you invest 30-40 minutes five days a week reviewing the course materials.

Prior to our virtual learning sessions, you will receive a short quiz link which should be completed in advance of the session. 

Next, you will particulate in our virtual learning sessions, which are designed to take place during a lunch break.

As you participate in our Institute, you’ll get to know our faculty, supporting consulting, and other industry leaders seeking the same credentials. 

As you prepare to take the PIPL certification exam, you’ll want to continue studying our study guide. 

Once you’re prepared, you will sit for the certification exam. A passing score across all sections will earn your PIPL credential. 

Each five years, students must demonstrate 10 hours of continuing education to maintain their PIPL credential.
